The Riverfront Dining Room places guests at the center of Alexandria’s vibrant waterfront. By day, sunlight shimmers across the Potomac as sailboats and rowing crews glide past—an elegant setting for executive lunches and leisurely brunches. As evening arrives, the room transforms into one of the region’s most sought-after destinations for refined dinners, celebrations, and memorable gatherings along the water. Jula's terrace

Jula’s Terrace is designed as a serene waterfront setting where guests can relax and enjoy the energy of the river. To preserve the comfort, safety, and atmosphere of the space, dogs, smoking, and vaping are not permitted in the outdoor dining areas.

Due to the presence of open railings, terrace seating is reserved for guests ages 12 and older. For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in outdoor seating areas. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for helping us maintain the elevated waterfront experience that defines Jula’s Terrace.

DIRECTIONS

Using the map, make your way to the intersection of First Street and Canal Center Plaza, then head towards the water. Once you cross the railroad tracks, you’ll see Building 44 on your right. Enter through the lobby doors then take the elevator up to the 4th floor.

Parking

Plaza: Free

There are three parking spaces reserved for Jula's on the Potomac patrons. Look for the blue and white signs immediately on the right after crossing the railroad tracks.

Street: Free & Paid

There is street parking surrounding Canal Center. Watch for the signs to determine if there is a charge or time limit.

On-Site Garage: Paid

$5 after 5pm Tuesday-Friday
$5 all-day Saturday & Sunday
$8-10 Weekdays before 5pm

Cross the railroad tracks and enter the parking garage immediately on your right. Proceed down the ramp, turn right and right again. Follow the green color-coded markings. You may park on the first or second level in the unreserved spaces. Once parked, proceed to the door clearly marked 44. Follow the sign to the elevators. Come up to the 4th floor.
