Using the map, make your way to the intersection of First Street and Canal Center Plaza, then head towards the water. Once you cross the railroad tracks, you'll see Building 44 on your right. It’s the one with the COGGINS sign at the top and the boxwood hedge and the Jula’s on the Potomac sign on the front. Enter through the lobby doors then take the elevators up to the 4th floor.
There are three parking spaces reserved for Jula's on the Potomac patrons. Look for the blue and white signs immediately on the right after crossing the railroad tracks.
There is street parking surrounding Canal Center. Watch for the signs to determine if there is a charge or time limit.

Cross the railroad tracks and enter the parking garage immediately on your right. Proceed down the ramp and turn right. Follow the green color-coded markings. You may park on the first or second level in the unreserved spaces. Once parked, proceed to the door clearly marked 44. Follow the sign to the elevators. Come up to the 4th floor.
